Allocent

The marketing decision platform for Indian brands — from growing D2C labels to enterprise retail groups. Allocent turns your real business data into margin-true marketing decisions: not what looks good on a platform dashboard, but what actually makes you money after COD failures, returns, and cancellations.

How it works

1. Bring your data. Upload order and marketing exports (CSV/Excel) or securely connect your Meta and Google Ads accounts. Every upload is verified back to you line-for-line before anything is computed.
2. Get a diagnosis. Allocent profiles your business and identifies exactly where money is leaking — vanity ROAS traps, RTO hotspots, souring SKUs, underfunded winners — each with an estimated rupee impact.
3. Choose your tools. Based on your diagnosis, Allocent recommends the specific agents and metrics that address your problems. You activate only what you want, and pay only for what you use.
4. Approve decisions. Recommendations arrive in your Action Queue with transparent, margin-true reasoning. Nothing changes on your ad accounts without your explicit approval.
5. See the proof. Every decision is tracked: predicted impact vs. what actually happened. Your scorecard shows the hit rate and the contribution-margin lift in rupees.

Why margin-true matters

Platform-reported ROAS ignores what happens after the click: cash-on-delivery cancellations, returns-to-origin, GST, and delivery costs. In Indian retail these routinely turn a "3x ROAS" campaign into a loss-maker. Allocent computes performance on delivered, realized margin — so budget flows to campaigns that create profit, not screenshots.

How Allocent uses connected ad accounts

When you connect a Meta or Google Ads account via the platform's official OAuth flow, Allocent reads campaign structure, spend, and performance data to compute margin-true metrics, and — only when you approve a specific recommendation — applies that approved change (for example, a budget adjustment or pausing an ad set) through the platform's official API. Access uses only the permissions you authorize, tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time. Details: Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Who it's for

Indian brands of every size that sell across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce — and want marketing budget allocated on real economics, with every recommendation explained and every outcome measured.
