Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Allocent account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Request deletion by email

1. Send an email to aditya@allocent.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your Allocent account.
2. We will verify the request and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
3. Your account and all associated data — uploaded business data, computed metrics, decision history, and stored OAuth tokens — will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

Option 2 — In-app deletion

Signed-in users can request account deletion from the account settings area of the Allocent workspace. The same 30-day deletion timeline applies.

Disconnecting Meta (Facebook) without deleting your account

1. In Allocent, open the Connections screen and disconnect your Meta account — this deletes our stored access token immediately; or
2. In Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Allocent, and remove it. Once removed, Allocent can no longer access your Meta advertising data.

After disconnection, previously ingested advertising data can also be deleted on request via Option 1.

Disconnecting Google Ads

Disconnect from the Allocent Connections screen, or visit your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services, select Allocent, and remove access.

What is retained

Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., invoices under Indian tax law) are retained only for the mandated period and are not used for any other purpose.
